Best Evidence Rule

In a court of law, the evidence provided determines the outcome of a case. This is known as the best evidence rule." This common law rule of evidence dates back to the 18th century. Lord Harwicke declared in Omychund vs Barker [1745] that no evidence was admissible unless it was "the best that the nature of the case will allow." If an original document is present, secondary evidence, such as a copy or facsimile, will not be accepted.

Courtroom setting

This is exactly what is happening with all of this Scriptural evidence demonstrating the lunar language of Scripture. When they created the Gregorian calendar, Rome claimed to have calendation rights.

There is no proof in the Scriptures that Rome was granted permission to change our Creator's calendar. In reality, not only was Rome denied permission, but we are warned in numerous places throughout Scripture that the beast authority will modify dates and rules. And we know for a fact that they did. Daniel 7:25

This essay clearly presents what I call our Creator's Law of Evidence, the language of Scripture concerning lunar calendation. Psalm 19:1–3.

However, as Daniel predicted, Rome changed both our Creators' "Times and Laws."

Not only is there no proof of man's pagan names being employed anywhere in Scripture, but His Word also instructs us to "make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth."

This page particularly explains why the luminaries for His calendar, who changed it, and the numerous texts from Scripture that show His heavenly bodies were, and still are to this day, meant for His calendar.

How are His months counted?

To be clear, a "New Moon" signifies a "New Month."

"In the beginning"
How the Father of lights created "time."

The following Scripture as well as others plainly demonstrates that the "lights in the heavens" are for both "days and years" from the days of creation.

That means they govern His "Time."

Genesis 1:14
Yahuah said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.

In a nutshell, the heavenly luminaries govern His "time" calendar.

Genesis 1:15-16, And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so. And Yahuah made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day (the sun), and the lesser light to rule the night (the moon): he made the stars also.

Genesis 1:17-18, And Yahuah set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth., and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and He saw that it was good.

In these verses from the creation account, the sun, moon, and stars were given for "time."

Both "Days" and "Years" are elements of "time."

  • The sun gives us our days.

  • The new moon begins our months. This is found all throughout Scripture.

  • It is the starry constellations that announce our years.

The stars tell us when a year begins.

When a year begins

The following use the KJV but will be rewritten ASAP.
